The staff were very friendly. They offered a lot of tips on shopping and dining options a few meters away. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable.

The six of us had dinner at the restaurant last night and we had to wait 1.5 hours to receive our food order.Staff was very unfriendly. Five of us had burgers and one had chicken lollipops and all of us had very upset stomachs all night and two had diarrhea. Would never recommend that restaurant.we had higher expectations for such a beautiful restaurant.

This hotel should be checked by Expedia for its VIP status, as I believe it should be removed from such list, and here is why. Firstly I want to point out the hotel has 2 entrances, one at the front and the back, but due to the spa (which I will cover later) being in the centre of the property you have to go outside and around to access reception. Secondly the room itself is not as advertised in photos, the beds had coverings with stains and they did not have real pillows which made sleeping very difficult. The bathroom in our room was small and uncomfortable, with the toilet being right next to the shower with little space to move, along with amenities being improperly screwed in and loose. Very few usable plugs within the room with no usb sockets so be prepared to have adapters. The TV within the room also didn’t work and had no option to change language to English as we were tourists from Scotland. Thirdly, the spa itself, for the large size of area it inhabits it doesn’t provide a vast selection of things normally found in a spa, for instance I found no steamrooms at all, and for someone that suffers from asthma these provide me with more benefit that saunas. The pools themselves are laughable to be called pools, nowhere near big enough to actually swim within it. Only towels are provided as they ask for an additional charge for robes on top of paying to access the spa area. This spa doesn’t come to close to that of other 4 star hotels I have stayed at so if the spa is s
