- Within walking distance of the impressive sandy beach, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, Villa Olivina 1 is in an ideal location of Matagorda. The villa offers sophisticated, airy interiors and a fabulous, private pool. You can even enjoy volcanic views from the comfort of your terrace, and the centre of lively Puerto del Carmen with its beautiful Playa Grande Beach are around 10 minutes' drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the lounge are included.
Villa Olivina 1 boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the promenade and Matagorda Beach. The local shopping centre, with an array of small shops and restaurants, is just 20 minutes' walk from the villa, and there is nightly entertainment at the square. The larger resort of Puerto del Carmen is about a 10 minute drive away and offers a further selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
