Lugar muito lindinho e aconchegante. Os funcionários são super educados e simpáticos. Eles enfatizam bastante o silencio e recebemos reclamações quando estávamos na piscina pois nos passaram que estávamos falando alto, apesar de não estarmos com música e nem nada. Super compreensível. Porém na madrugada/manhã alguns hóspedes deram um show de barulho e brigas, de ZenHouse virou CaosHouse e não teve nenhuma forma de intervenção de funcionários. Tirando essa situação, a estadia foi ótima e voltaríamos mil vezes. O lugar é pet friendly e meu cachorrinho foi tratado super bem e bem vindo. Tudo bem novinho, bem cuidado!

A ACOMODAÇÃO É OTIMA, BEM LOCALIZADA E SEGURA. A RECEPCIONISTA DEIXOU A DESEJAR, CHEGAMOS E ELA NÃO SE ENCONTRAVA E DEPOIS NEM NOS PROCUROU PARA SABER SOBRE A ESTADIA. A ZELADORA QUEM NOS ATENDEU MUITO BEM. NA NOSSA ACOMODAÇÃO A COZINHA CONSTAVA COMO COMPLETA, MAS DE COMPLETA NÃO TEM NADA. NÃO TINHA SEQUER UMA CANECA PARA FAZER CAFÉ.
