"I love how it was very clean and easy for self check in and check out. Everything is walkable distance and you can get free bus pass online through hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property it’s so worth it. Lot of food options within walking distance. "
"I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent

"I stayed two nights at this hotel. My room was a bit different than advertised. I had a skylight and a portal, so the room was large but a bit dark and with no view other than the sky. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good shape and the bed was comfortable, although the desk in my room was a bit damaged (laminate missing). However, the bathroom was newly renovated and very upscale which was nice. It was great to have a nice hot shower to soothe the muscles after hiking. Breakfast was also great--much better than I expected. Highly recommend paying the extra money. Finally, a bonus! The hotel comes with the Ticino pass, and I made excellent use of this. Overall, I would 100% stay again but would request a different room. "
"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
