"We really enjoyed our stay at The Ryder Hotel! The location is fantastic and perfect for exploring Charleston, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were also great and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. That said, our room was very small, and being located directly next to the elevator made it a bit less comfortable than we would have liked. Overall, though, the great location, friendly service, and amenities made for a nice stay."

"Front desk was kind and diligent. There was an issue with the main bedroom toilet being clogged when we arrived but she quickly had maintenance come repair it. Pool area needs some updates standing water noted and it could use some nice upgrades to make it inviting. Beds were comfortable, nice hot shower. Balcony was overlooking the roof and AC pipes, not the best view so we didn’t use it. The AC vent on the balcony needs to either be cleaned or covered lots of dirt and water. Lastly, thought there was an actual water view however it’s not as pictured online."
