"We had a fantastic day at Elsa‘s Place. My 12-year-old son and I stayed here during a father and son fishing trip. The owners, staff, and accommodations were excellent. The chocolate chip cookies and breakfast sandwiches they may for us before our early morning Fishing departure were fantastic as well. We will be back!"

"Had everything it said it did. It is on the 3rd floor which might have been in the listing. Knowing that would not have changed my mind about staying. It just gave us extra steps. Kitchen was stocked with the basic cooking supplies. There were small appliances but we didn't use them. The only complaint I can think of is that the washing machine didn't have hot water and it was in an unfinished room. I would guess it could get pretty hot in there in the summer. The dock and all outdoor areas were amazing. We would book again with Bayou Life."

"Great location for fishing, crabbing and shrimping. Plenty of beds to comfortably sleep up to five. A real cooks kitchen with a gas stove and lots of Magnalite/similar pots. Made it really to prepare the crabs we caught. "
