"Airport shuttle was great, although left earlier than advertised. Clean rooms but first room was used and we had to request a different room. The hotel was a bit out dated- the place across is mite guo and cheaper!"

"We didn't have the breakfast. It looked good though and we were able to purchase coffee/tea from the reception during breakfast time. The communal area was clean and comfortable. The property as a whole looked very fresh and clean, the staff were friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel and didn't hear any train noise etc."

"The room was clean, but the sofa bed was having some damage already like the stains and a cut, one of the bed light was hanging by the wire and not working, this could be fire or electrical shock hazard If not fixed immediately. Spoke to one of the staff about it and I hope they fix it asap. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful, I could also get some milk from the holiday inn bar for my daughter when the supermarket was closed for the day as it was late night we checked in. "
