The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. "Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues. "We loved our stay at Bondo Hometel! The staff there is the absolute sweetest--some of the kindest people I've ever met while traveling! They went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations and we could not be more appreciative. The rooms have a beautifully minimal aesthetic, are very clean and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the super cute rooftop bar/pool area. Service was amazing and the drinks were SO good!! The hotel is in a convenient (beach front) location with a quick ride to the beautiful Walled City. Definitely the place to stay in Cartagena!! :)"
