"The floor squeeze all around the room, bed and pillows not comfortable"

"The room was not cleaned for 1 week that i stayed. I sent 2 emails during my stay and no response. No replacement of toiletries for a week. Electric cooker non functional, broken windows and doors."

"Window felt like it was coming out of the wall, mildew and stains on shower curtain, no mention of not having a lift, moveable closet was falling apart on the bottom, BED SAGGED SO BAD IN THE MIDDLE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE FALLING INTO EACH OTHER, window blinds would not go up, owner never answered emails, WiFi password was not there but was promised, at least five sirens during the night, not enough toilet paper. I have pictures to back all of this up. Unless you...

"Great location, easy access to buses/trams and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is in a very good size with fully equipped amenities for a convenient and comfortable stay especially for a longer stay."

"It was a great stay!! Good location between train station and airport, and right by a tram stop. Room was very nice and clean. "

"They gave me a basement room; there was no ventilation, the heat was unbearable, and there were only two fans that didn't help at all—it was a suffocating experience."

"Good budget place to stay in. "

"The property was great! Very clean and provides all that you need during your stay. The bed is in a bit of an awkward spot but other than that our stay was perfect. "

"Unkomplizierte, gut angeschlossene Wohnung, um Zürich kennenzulernen!"

"Our stay was very pleasant and the property was as described. The check in process was very easy and communication with the host was responsive and helpful. We traveled during the infamous heat wave but the host provided standing fans which helped immensely. The only item to keep in mind is that you are located in a fairly busy intersection which can be noisy at night but other than the occasional loud partiers, was pretty quiet for the location. It's a very easy walk to the train station and...

"The appartement was well located. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were OK. The living room was dirty, with a funny scent. Matress in the main room was not for adults. Blanket was of a small size for 2 adults. Les mégots de cigarettes sur les escaliers. "

"It was in a good location. Lots of places shop and eat near by and easy access to transportation. Parking was very tight and not included in the price. Small issue but there weren't any kitchen towels or paper towels to use in the kitchen. Overall the place was very spacious for a place in Zurich. I would probably stay again if I ever was visiting the city in the future."
