8.6/10 Excellent! (892 reviews)
The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

9/10 Wonderful! (757 reviews)
I can’t say enough about this place. It is fantastic!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The apartment was absolutely perfect!! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The view of the golf course and terrain kept us on the terrace. We ducked every time someone teed off, lol. The restaurants served delicious food, especially the Med Cafe! Kudos to the chef! And the pool area was spacious and fun. If I could buy our apartment/room, I’d be back regularly. Love, love, love this place!!!!

Check-in is exceptionally late at 5 PM. Furthermore, the rooms are quite dated and were not properly cleaned.

"Das ist eine absolute Schrottimmobilie. Die Wände sind verschimmelt und es stinkt fürchterlich. Das Dach ist so undicht, dass im Wohnzimmer eine Pfütze stand und das Bett so nass war, das wir es nicht benutzen konnten. Wir sind sofort in eine andere Unterkunft gezogen. Es ist eine Frechheit, so etwas ..."
