The apartment is located in Tignale (Oldesio), about 5 km from Lake Garda, in an absolute panoramic position. The Rutiko, which was renovated in the spring of 2008, also reflects some of its restored, typical for this area furniture, the rural atmosphere. From the balcony you have a unique view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful old courtyard, where you can enjoy the tranquility or park the car (as the driveway is narrow, it is not suitable for cars that are too big). In approx. 300m you will find a restaurant and a pizzeria, in about 2 km the public swimming pool and 'il Centro Visitatori (Museum of Genesis of Lake Garda). In a few minutes you can reach the center of Gardola, where all shops, restaurants, pizza, a pharmacy and a doctor's office are located.

Kitchen (4 hotplates and hood), German coffee maker, bathroom with bathtub, shower / WC, garden furniture, parking space in the yard (not for very large car). For large cars there is a public car park 400m away.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit außerordentlichem Blick auf den See

Der Besitzer ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Objekt hat einem großen Innenhof und man hat einem tollen Blick auf den See. Größere Autos müssen allerdings etwas abseits parken. Die Wege sind allesamt sehr steil bergauf bzw. bergab. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Geweldig

Hele mooie woning met super uitzicht. Groot terras en balkon. Hele fijne eigenaar die alleen Italiaans spreekt maar met handen en voeten kom je er wel uit. Woning is netjes en zuiver. Parkeerplaats is alleen voor smalle auto's. Onze Renault Megane was te breed, maar we konden de auto op een afstand van 100 meter gratis parkeren. Heel rustige ligging met weinig tot geen omgevingsgeluid. Goed restaurant op 100 meter afstand. Alles bij elkaar opgeteld was het super.

Het mooiste uitzicht over het Gardameer!

Wat een supermooie plek! Appartement is prima verzorgd, leuke uitstapjes met de Tignale Card (inbegrepen via toeristenbelasting) en een superrrrr uitzicht! Tip: navigeer naar Via Riel in Oldesio. Die is prima te berijden en komt tot 20meter van het appartement. Via Porto is met een gezinswagen niet te doen.

gigantischer Ausblick

ein sehr netter Vermieter empfing uns auf dem Parkplatz und lotste uns zu seinem Haus. leider passte unser Auto nicht in die Einfahrt - aber damit haben wir laut Beschreibung auch gerechnet - also keine Überraschung. Überraschend war, dass Guido (Vermieter) schon Milch, Kaffee, Teebeutel, Zucker und einen kalten Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Wasser für uns bereithielt. Für Urlauber, die die Ruhe mögen und gut zu Fuß sind (die Wege vom Parkplatz zum Haus oder vom Haus zum Supermarkt nach Gardona - 125 Höhenmeter - sind schon recht steil ) ein herrliches Plätzchen.

Eine entspannte Woche in angenehm ruhiger Umgebung mit traumhaftem Blick über den Garda-See

Wir haben hier eine wunderbar entspannte Woche verbracht. Uns war wichtig, dass wir unseren Urlaub nicht in einem überlaufenen Touristengebiet vebringen wollten. Und dafür war diese schöne Ferienwohung genau das richtige. Großzügig geschnitten, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sämtlichen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet waren wir hier rundum versorgt. Guido, der herzliche Eigentümer, half uns in allen Belangen - sei es das Rangieren und Parken unseres Autos (die kleinen Dorfstraßen sind für Nicht-Dorfbewohner unpassierbar da sehr eng und verwinkelt; öffentlicher und kostenloser Parkplatz in 100m Entfernung) oder der Auswahl der passenden Restaurants und Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Aber auch die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft: kompletter Panoramablick vom großen Balkon über den schönen Gardasee. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Bäcker und ein paar tolle Restaurants. Hier empfiehlt es sich zu reservieren oder bereits um 19 Uhr Essen zu gehen, da man sonst kaum noch einen Platz bekommt. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, hatten wir auch immer die Möglichkeit in den Orten rund um den Gardasee in einem Supermarkt einkaufen zu gehen und an einem der öffentlichen Stränden Baden zu gehen. Wichtig dabei: immer ein Parkticket lösen, da die Strafzettel in Italien sehr teuer sind. Ein Ausflug zum Idro-See war schön, jedoch fuhren wir auf dem Rückweg am Ledro-See vorbei, der uns besser gefiel und ruhiger war - dort verbrachten wir einen herrlichen Badetag. Ganz klare Empfehlung ist ein Auto, das eigene oder gemietet. Damit kann man den ganzen Garda-See und die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden und sich die Zeiten selbst einteilen, wie und wo man wie lange verweilen möchte. Den Berg Monte Baldo wollten wir am letzten Tag auch noch besichtigen, dies war jedoch aufgrund der Touristenmassen und langen Wartezeit ein weniger entspanntes Erlebnis... kann man, muss man aber nicht. Und falls ja, lange Kleidung und festes Schuhwerk nicht vergessen. Alles in allem kann man diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen, für alle, die es gerne ruhiger haben und nicht den typischen Touristenandrang suchen. Es mangelt an nichts und falls doch, hilft Guido bestimmt weiter. Herzlichen Dank für diese entspannte Woche!
