Just a few steps from the vibrant heart of Gardola, in the municipality of Tignale, Casa Ledio is the ideal choice for those who want the convenience of the center without giving up peace and a splendid view of Lake Garda. With a truly strategic location, supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and medical clinic are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment, a three-room unit on the ground floor of about 65 sqm, is tastefully furnished and designed to offer maximum comfort. It features a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious private terrace — perfect for breakfast outdoors, relaxing moments, or dinners with a view.

Among the amenities at your disposal: a TV with Italian channels for relaxing evenings, a reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need — gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as practical small appliances like a pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A private parking space on site is also included, so you can simply focus on enjoying your holiday.

Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of activities nearby: the municipal swimming pool, accessible free of charge for our guests from mid-June to the end of August, and the possibility of renting mountain bikes and e-bikes at Tabaccheria Ferrero. For those who love water sports, sailing and windsurfing are available about 7 km away at the Port of Tignale, while golf lovers can visit Golf Bogliaco, about 13 km away.
