The apartment is a three-room apartment on the first floor of about 65 square meters composed of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large balcony with electric curtain. Comforts include SAT-TV, WLAN, kitchenette with oven, induction hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, vacuum cleaner, German coffee machine, kettle, moka, furnished terrace, hairdryer and cot for children.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5 per person for towels and € 8 per person for bed linen.



Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 10 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.



On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

Beautiful spot Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean

The apartment is in walking distance of the gorgeous village centre of Tignale with great places to eat drink and shop. You can then be at lake side in under 10mins or up in the beautiful mountains. Plenty to do. The apartment itself had great facilities and was spotlessly clean. The information folder for facilities was hard to follow as in German- which maybe the most popular tourist in this part of Italy but we did struggle to use the boiler etc. The beds were not really comfortable unfortunately.

Super Ferienwohnung, leider Außenansicht renovierungsbedürftig

Wohnung super Lage( Traumblick bis nach Sirmione), perfekt ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht und sogar etwas mehr. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Der Check-in unkompliziert und schnell. Superfreundlicher Empfang. Das Ferienhaus von außen hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig . Die Ankunft dort war zuerst ein kleiner Schock, darum waren also keine Fotos im Internet zu sehen von außen. Der Online Check-in funktioniert nur mit Kreditkarte, wir haben aber keine.
