Ideal for families or small groups, this fantastic private villa near the center of Tignale, with swimming pool and beautiful views of Lake Garda, ensures privacy and comfort. Close to the services of the village with large garden, barbecue, parking, laundry and with plenty of space for fun. Pets are welcome.

The house consists of two apartments, composed as follows:
1- Suite Arianna offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, ensures privacy and comfort. Apartment located on the first floor of the house consisting of two double bedrooms, large living room with Smart TV, fully renovated and well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub.
2- Apartment located on the ground floor, completely renovated, kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Large living room and furnished outdoor space.

The garden surrounds the house, completely fenced and closed by gate, a small swimming pool for hot summer days with furnished solarium. Barbecue area with wood available, laundry area with washing machine available to guests.
