"Check-in was smooth, and the location is excellent. The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro line to the city center and a tram stop that connects directly to the train station, making it easy to reach the airport. Unfortunately, the main issue was cleanliness. There were urine stains on the toilet and visible hair in the shower, clearly left by the previous guest. As a solo female traveler staying for just one night, I didn’t feel comfortable raising the concern at the time. This property has great potential. I hope the management team will provide better guidance and training to the housekeeping staff to ensure higher standards of cleanliness."

"This is the perfect place to stay to see Lyon from up above. We enjoyed the short walk to the Basilica and Roman theatre. We also took the funicular down to the old town for crepes and ended up staying for dinner. We wouldn’t have know about this without the team at the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, but a bit squashed in. But this is the case in a historical building. "
