Lovely hotel near the Bastille with metro and busses nearby. The neighborhood restaurants were great. The room was comfortable (except for an exceedingly high toilet). The staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Do not book this hotel. Their air conditioner was broken and they changed my room twice. They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!

"I booked through Hotels.com and was not provided with the relevant access code to retrieve my booking and gain entry to the hotel (only the Hotels.com reference, which was not the one needed for the booking). I contacted Hotels.com via the AI chat and was then given the code. This could really do ..."
