No indoor/designated parking for guest staying for more than 5 days. There’s a damp smell in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location.

This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, ...
