Villa Dornkamp Timmendorfer Strand

In den ersten fünf Tagen waren 2 Fernseher defekt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut. Techniker kam am nächsten Tag, konnte das Problem aber nicht lösen. Nach dem Wochenende kam der zweite Techniker der dann helfen kommte.

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser sehr schönen und modernen Ferienwohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles sauber und die Räumlichkeiten waren modern und hell eingerichtet. Für einen tollen Urlaub an der Ostsee ist diese Wohnung ideal. Allerdings ist sie etwas weiter vom Wasser entfernt. dder Ostsee

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung ist noch ganz neu und besticht durch ihr helles, modernes Design. Die Geräte in der Küche und auch das Badezimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten und das Sofa sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Leider ist die Ausstattung noch ziemlich dürftig. Dies könnte daran liegen, dass die Wohnung zu unserem Zeitpunkt noch nicht komplett eingerichtet war. Vor allem in der Küche fehlen wichtige Utensilien wie z.B. Kochlöffel, Eierbecher, Butterdose, Zuckerdose, Müsli-/Salatschälchen, Sparschäler, Auflaufform usw... Vielleicht wird dies in der nächsten Zeit ja noch nachgerüstet. So wirkt die Ausstattung zwar auf den ersten Blick gut, bei genauerem Betrachten fehlt es allerdings an einer gewissen Grundausstattung. Schön wäre z.B. noch der ein oder andere Haken, gerade im Badezimmer für die Handtücher oder in der Küche für die Geschirrtücher etc. Dies würde die Ferienwohnung einfach noch gemütlicher und wohnlicher machen. Was aber unter Umständen jeder etwas anders beurteilt. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat war vor allem, dass eine Gebühr berechnet wird, wenn sich das Geschirr bei Abreise noch in der Spülmaschine befindet und nicht zurück in die Schränke geräumt wird. Dafür 60€ zu verlangen finde ich etwas unverschämt. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass man die Wohnung bei Abreise ordentlich verlässt (Müll raus bringen, Spülmaschine einräumen usw.) Aber wo ist das Problem wenn die nächsten Mieter oder die Hausverwaltung die Spülmaschine ausräumt??? So wird man gezwungen nach dem Frühstück nochmal alles abzuspülen. Genau so stellt man sich das Ende des Urlaubs eigentlich nicht vor, wo der Morgen des Abreisetages doch eh meistens etwas stressig ist. Noch dazu erhält man bei Anreise gerade mal 2 Spülmaschinentabs, 2 Müllbeutel und ein Mini-Spülmittel.... Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!
