"Travelling by bike in Morocco, I took a 3-night break at the riad Amadou in Tinghir. It is a very pleasant and relaxing, quiet. The family who welcome us and run the establishment are very friendly and available. What's more, the rates are very affordable. No hesitation if you're in the area, Voyageant à vélo au Maroc, j'ai fait une pause de 3 nuits au riad Amadou de Tinghir. Ce lieu est très agréable et reposant, au calme. "Scam alert. We had a really disappointing experience at this guesthouse and would strongly advise people to stay away. We reserved a double room with air conditioning because the evenings are cold. We checked in at 8pm and all rooms with air conditioning were taken so it seems they overbooked. The guesthouse offered a dark and cold double room without air conditioning which was completely unacceptable. The guesthouse did offer a larger family room but insisted we pay a higher price for the larger room. It was late at night so we reluctantly agreed to pay more for the larger room. We ended up paying almost twice as much for our 2-night stay. We have spent 4 weeks in Morocco and this is the first time we felt scammed. "
