If you want to spend your vacation in a charming villa surrounded by greenery, Villa Kata is the perfect choice for you. The villa is located in the beautiful village of Kringa near Porec and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor of this villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, from which a spacious living room with a fireplace extends. Next to it is a bedroom with its own cozy bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms with double beds, each room having its own bathroom. The whole interior radiates warmth of color tones that are very calming and relaxing. From one bedroom you can access a beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful surroundings. However, you will love spending time outside as this villa offers 3900m2 of green space. Outside you will find a spacious pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue and garden furniture. But that's not all! The most important feature of this villa is a playground where your children can have fun while you relax by the pool.

The villa is situated in a quiet and private location just outside and yet a short walk from the village of Kringa. Kringa is located in the center of Istria five kilometers south of Tinjan. The region is known for its cuisine and wines and there are many good restaurants nearby. The interior of Istria with mountain villages and beautiful landscapes is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking. The Adriatic coast and the famous tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, are only a short drive away.

Zeer net en goed onderhouden huis en tuin. Aangename en vriendelijke ontvangst van de gastheer. Kleine tip, de ligstoelen aan het zwembad zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Kortom zeker een aanrader, wij komen terug!
