Design Villa Benka is a luxury villa in Tinjan, central Istria, located in the peaceful village of Pinezići. This authentic Istrian villa with private heated pool and sauna combines traditional stone architecture with modern comfort, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in Istria.



Surrounded by a large fenced garden with olive and fruit trees, the villa offers complete privacy. A large swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower invite guests to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Stilvoll und höchst komfortabel

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil verbracht. Mit allem Komfort den man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war in jeder Hinsicht eine Freude. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
