This house is designed to accommodate groups of 20 people for family celebrations, gatherings among friends, workgroups, and seminars. Overly festive events such as bachelor parties, student parties, and groups under 25 years old are strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €20 per animal. The tourist tax is payable on-site at €1/person/day. The wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, and shower room) is optional and costs €175 per stay. Firewood is optional and costs €25 per stay. Central heating is sufficient to heat the building and is included; the wood is an additional comfort. Smoking is prohibited indoors, but an outdoor shelter is provided for smokers on the covered terrace.
