5 min walk to beach. Bed & Breakfast in Self Contained Studio with Outdoor Bath

Our self-contained studio offers a small, cosy stay beneath our beach bach. Just a quick stroll to the beach behind home. The Motu Dune Cycle Trail is accessible from the property, which is ideal for biking, hiking & beach walks.

Included as part of your stay: A delicious continental breakfast is served at your requested time in the morning, with juice, yogurt, croissants, muffins, coffee & fresh home-baked bread. If you choose to stay for more than one night, I provide a variety of complimentary home-made breakfasts. Options range from buttermilk pancakes with home-made jams, to classic eggs benedict, smashed avocado on crusty toast with salad from garden, or a hearty café-style breakfast.
Note: Cooked lunch and dinner are also available upon request with reasonable notice, for an additional charge.

On cooler nights, soak in the outdoor fire bath just outside the studio, with hand-made soap & bath salts.

The room is a clean, and comfortable space with a king bed. You'll have your own private space. The property is 5 minutes to the beach.

The studio is contained behind a lockable gate. The car can parked inside the driveway, which is secure. The studio is completely private, offering you a peaceful and relaxing stay. We're happy to assist with anything you need, whether it’s showing you how to use the coffee machine, TV, or other appliances, or helping you set up the outdoor fire bath. We’re just a message away, but we always respect your privacy and we will only step in when requested.

Please note: We’re dog lovers too, so pets are welcome with discussion 😊
We have two very friendly dogs who stay indoors with us and won’t be in your space. Pets are welcome, when guests bring their own, we keep our dogs safely inside. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for dogs to run and play, and there's easy beach access nearby for off-lead adventures.
