"Most was fantastic, especially the staff. The biggest negative is that the pool closes at 8 p.m., which is absurd. Even if the pool bar needs to be closed that's crazy early. Most hotels close their pools at 10 p.m. It's confusing tried to find the right entrance to the tower that our room was booked in. The entrance was on the back side, but the front side didn't have signs to direct us. Valet was super helpful and said they get asked all the time."
