"Room was large and spotlessly clean. Swimming pool was gorgeous. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely shady garden area to sit in with a drink. "

"This Hotel is a scam. I booked room via hotel.com and hotel management directly contactec me as well as sent an email of cancellation of booking due to non availiboltu of room. It happened on 08/08/2025 and I am still chasing the refund of the money I paid. I am contacting hotel.com customer service again n again and they say that they are recieving any response from hotel. "

"Toilet Malfunctions – The toilets in the room were not functioning properly. They were not flushing or refilling, causing significant inconvenience. No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter. Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations. No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation. Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable. Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night."

"This was a great value. It is a beautiful property right by the river. The foliage is superb and the staff work tirelessly to keep the grounds clear of plant droppings. The only negative was the WIFI which try as they might it never worked consistently. "
