Club Mahindra hotels in Tiswadi, Goa

We stayed there for 3 days coming from South Goa. It's a great place, cool spa: got a hair cut and was very satisfied with a result, attended a gym and went to sauna; Swimming pool on the roof: great, clean, beautiful and nice people. Just 15 min walk to a shopping place, art centre-kala academy is 3 min walk, and many more.

Good experience

We enjoyed an anazong week with delicious food and royal service. The only constructive feedback is the cleanliness of the pool which could be improved. Another item if discord was a staff member asking me not to take photographs of the resort. The rest of the resortand our stay was near perfect! The staff at the cafe is attentive and service minded without being cloying and attention to detail is impressive.

Except for check in; my stay at this facility was good. At checkin the receptionist at 1st could not allot me rooms on the sea facing side (for which I had paid while choosing this hotel on line). Then without any further discussion he handed over to me electronic keys of two rooms in 02 different floors ( I was traveling with my family). That made me feel uncomfortable, ultimately a lady ( a senior) was called there and then the things went on smoothly. I feel at first they try to throw at you...

The Hotel was very nice and our room was spacious comfortable and clean.. The breakfast was good as were all the meals. Prices were also good at the hotel. We enjoyed happy hour each day with two for one drinks. The hotel has lovely grounds and very nice views of the river. There is a casino on the first floor however it was closed as we were staying there between seasons. On a whole its a great hotel in a very nice location. The downside was the area.
