"We were really excited about this stay having read all of the reviews but ended up disappointed. We received a room upgrade which we were grateful for but the room was very tired, particularly the bathroom area which had a handful of areas of damage. "Beautiful cozy location. The pool was the best I’ve ever seen. The outdoor spa is amazing. Enjoyed a Massage with the sounds of the jungle and the stream just a few feet away. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend this place. It’s phenomenal. "
