"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised with our room at CitizenM. It’s hard to find somewhere in Copenhagen for a reasonable price and this hotel was perfect for us. Only about a 10 min walk into the centre, 20 mins to Nyhavn and round the corner from Tivoli. The room was spacious, given its layout and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would happily stay here again!"

"Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "
