The staff were warm and welcoming, and rhe service was reliable.. Small , but clean and cute room.
The route shown in the google map is completely wrong and some kids helps me to find the room which was literally very far away from the location that shown in google maps.

All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries.

Riad was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Set menu breakfast of a decent number of dishes. Nice rooms, beautiful communal areas. Smaller compared to some but would recommend.

The room was gorgeous, a mix of rustic desert and 5 star luxury hotel - you are still in a desert camp tent after all! The resort is still very new and there are still a couple of teething problems with it not being quite finished (no yoga classes or cinema available yet) and with the dining capacity ...
