The Hotel is conveniently located close to tourist attractions and amenities. It is a very quaint Riad, well kept and immaculately clean. The staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Terrible service, a very transactional driven hotel with no sense for client satisfaction. I had booked a balloon service however I got sick the day of, and the hotel management instead of rescheduling my tour, decided to take my money with no option to reschedule. Front desk needs to be trained ...
