Tizneros Holidays

Breakfast was great even though there were so many people almost every morning during seven day and the rooms was spacious, well appointed. It seemed that we were given the room where never used for quiet a while because we found a lots of dust on the floor and a few cigarette butts outside balcony on the first day. We asked a staff in the front desk to clean up next day. So since then, everything went smoothly during our stay.

We recently stayed in this hotel and we had the most amazing time. We were upgarded however the bed were twin beds in that room. The next day we requested a change of rooms and Alessandro (apologise if i have gotten your name wring) was really helpful and accommodating. We switched rooms within 3hrs. The hotel staff were all lovely, from check-in to, cleaning to the dining staff. Tbe breakfast staff all worked so wonderfully together. Tbe breakfast was delicious. This hotle is in a wonderful arena and close to tbe metro stop, which was handy for when we wentvto Bernabeu stadium. I cant wait to book my next holiday to Madrid, so i can stay here again.

Lovely atmosphere, great staff, really nice decor. We will come back!

Excellent hotel, perfect for a family trip as was very big and bedrooms were seperate. A little bit away from city centre, but metro station across the road and only 20 minutes to centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby so all good.
