"We had a great stay - from the moment we checked in until we checked out. At check in, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff member at the desk. We were very pleased with our room - it was even more spacious than we expected and had great amenities. The rooms are a bit dated (style/decor wise) but were very clean which is the main thing! We were also very happy that the outdoor pool was nice and warm for winter. We would recommend Ripple for families and will be keen to stay again next time we return to Rotorua!"
