Close to the center where you can find many restaurants. My wife and I stayed but the room size as well as the semi-double bed was a bit tight...you get what you paid for.

This hotel is dated and has definitely seen better days. I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke :(. However, it was low cost and everything worked. The guy in reception was welcoming and friendly- made a particular effort to explain things, show me the free drinks in reception and hand me a tourist map. Location is walkable from centre (flat walk), but slightly further than ideal. Many dining options easily reached, but don’t expect much English spoken (have a translation app handy).

１、建物自体は３０年以上とのことで多少古びた感じがありますが、その分部屋は窮屈さがありません。トイレのドアや洗面ボウルなどに古さを感じます。 ２、しかし、設備面は結構細やかに改修を重ねられている様子で快適でした。例えばWI-FI、充電用コンセント、エアコン調節つまみ、ベッドの照明スイッチパネル、十分な水量が出るシャワー（５Fでしたが）、冷蔵庫も無音タイプで睡眠に邪魔しないなど。 ３、エコ面に配慮され、室内にアメニティはなくフロント側で各自調達する方法は無駄がない。コーヒーやお茶パックも必要なだけ取れます。 ４、フロントの対応も親切でした。

Good - 立地は歓楽街(料理屋,飲み屋,夜のお店スナックなど)の中心、阿波踊りの会場の近く。 - 朝食は、食提供の種類もあり、コスパ良し、 Concern - 駐車場については、怒りの超不満！ 地下駐車場の利用方法を考えたまえ。 案内された駐車場より、お隣の駐車場の方が安かったし、屋根あり、、、宿泊者の事考えて、しっかり案内せぃ！ - 昭和のビジネスホテル、、、 　まぁ、一般的です、それなりに心地よく泊まれる、但し、壁は薄い - JR徳島駅からは、徒歩で15-17分くらいか、、、

無料のドリンクサービスもあり、またアメニティにエプソムソルトもあり、それを入れて入浴を楽しむことができました。 今回は、バイク旅の友達と合流し滞在しましたが、彼がホテルに滞在しない日も柔軟に対応して頂き駐輪保管していただけました。バイク旅にも便利な施設です。
