We loved our 5 day stay at AC Ginza Hotel Marriott. The location was ideal. The staff really goes above and beyond to be accommodating. And... we were in a typhoon, so we had to eat twice at the hotel restaurant. Both times, the food was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable size and the bathrooms, especially the rainfall shower and tub were amazing. It was just what we needed, after a long day of walking. It was central to all shopping and taxis were always outside waiting to transport.

Great location in Ginza area, not too busy. Staff were super helpful in arranging luggage transfer and cute robot delivered towels to room. Bathroom in room with no door to close was weird though - no possibility of privacy. Bed was comfy but room quite small even by Tokyo standards.

Beds were very comfortable, the rooms includes 4 free bottle of water every day. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not many options for the price. The restaurants and bar closes very early 8.30pm and there is no room service. The location is great.

Not large room but very quiet. No street noise and no air conditioner noise at all. I didn’t hear any noises from the next rooms either. Very comfortable bed. The hotel guarantee comfort time during staying.

Overall the condition of the hotel and the location were excellent. We felt safe, it was quiet and not crowded. We were able to walk to the shopping areas, convenience stores, transportation stops, and the fish market, very convenient. And we also love the grab and go breakfast, the treats and lavender bags, they were all very thoughtful! The one thing is the hotel could have more restaurants information and offer to make reservations, especially for 1st time visitors. We also love the recommendations for the airport transport and the convenience of the airport limousine bus stop. We would be coming back to this location for sure!

This hotel was nice. The Ginza neighborhood was very nice and walkable. We stayed in a room for 2 nights on a lower floor and then we took the bullet train to Kyoto. The hotel stored our luggage for us for 2 nights and then when we returned we stayed for 5 more nights on a premium floor which I would recommend. The premium floor was a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant served a nice dinner too. Taxis were always easily available out in front of the hotel which was convenient.

Excellent place to stay in Tokio. Close to shopping, dinning, entertaining and transportation. Hotel has a good breakfast and rooms are comfortable, for our purpose, it was a great place to stay
