The hotel is right by Ueno Park and the zoo and conveniently close to both Keisei Ueno Station and Ueno Station. It’s also very close to Ameyoko Market, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. My room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I also really liked the toiletries provided.

Had an overnight layover transiting through Narira Airport, so chose this hotel as it is literally across the road from the Keisei skyliner airport train stop. Express check in and out was quick and simple and the room was comfortable. Would recommend.

Very small, bet very clean and awesome location! You may lose a moment if your timing isn’t great and a group sign-in at the same moment, but it’s not that long. The room is perfect for singles, may be small for two. I recommend.

Expect small rooms with difficulty for two people to move past each other. The breakfast was limited, sometimes needed topping up. The location was excellent for getting around Tokyo. Ice water and microwave on the 2nd floor were very useful.

I suppose not all APA hotels offer the same amenities. This one does not have on-site self-service laundry. On the up side, it is very close to trains, restaurant, shopping, and a beautiful park with a zoo, and at least two high quality museums.

This is a super convenient location, practically inside Ueno park, you can see the lake from the room, also Ueno station is very easy to move to almost anywhere. The breakfast included is also very good. The only downside is that elevator can be slow and the hotel is open air so in summer it can get hot while waiting for elevator.

stayed here for a night after landing around 5 at narita, great location! right next to train station that connects to narita express, and literally 200m away from the ameyoko street for food after dropping off the luggages, you can easily knockout ueno park and the museums from here, and it’s very close to asakusa / akihabara

This hotel is amazing as the staff are super friendly, helpful and the hotel is super close to the train stations and walking distance to Ameyoko market. Room was very clean with great air-conditioning. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our next visit.
