It was a nice neighborhood fun to explore the book stores and plenty of good restaurants with in walking distance. The room and hotel was very clean the beds were comfy.

Great value for the money with a comfortable and spacious (spacious for $75/night) room. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. The book decor and theme was "cute" even if i don't normally pay attention to such things.

Room was very spacious and even had a really neat massage chair. Great location right next to Jimbocho Station (A1 exit). Lots of restaurants, bookshops and cafes next door. Only complaint is that the room had a bit of a mildew-y smell to it, but there was an air purifier running that helped with that.

This hotel is very close to the subway. It is small but clean. As its feature, it has many books in Japanese to read with a full size massage chair that my family loves.

The Book Hotel was easy to find and right next to the station we used for all our travel. This is the perfect location for a book nerd or someone traveling around Japan for the first time. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. The massage chair was incredibly lovely after all the walking we did!
