The staff were always so accommodating. The train station is 3 minutes walk away and that area has a lot of small eateries and lots of 24hr convenience stores

Everything met expectations. The building is new, the room is big relative to other business hotels in Japan. The only problem I had was that the refrigerator was turned off and my drinks were warm. I know that in many hotels in Japan you have to manually turn it on but I always forget. They should tell me that at check-in.

駅から比較的近くで利用しやすいです。近くにはコンビニや居酒屋が多くて繁盛してました。スタッフが外国の方が多かった印象ですが、全員流暢な日本語で話されていて驚きました！みなさんとても親切でとても安心しました^_^また利用したいです！

冷蔵庫の中の、よくある一部冷凍の部分がなく、、首クーラーなどを冷凍することができなかった。改装中で、ランドリーが使えず不便でした。しかしながら、改装したでの階で、部屋は綺麗で、思っていたより狭くなく、良かったです。

初めて利用しました。日頃あちこち利用しているなかでもダントツに快適でした。 赤羽の街の雰囲気は理解してましたが、子連れで駅から風俗街を通ってホテルに行くには気まずかったです。周辺環境で⭐︎ひとつマイナスです。建物は綺麗で掃除が行き届いてました。 スタッフの方も感じがよく、周辺環境に難ありますが、利便性とコストパフォーマンスは非常に良く次回もご利用させていただくと思います。
