Great location above all, near trendy neighborhood with an awesome vibe.
Hotel is clean & staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated and tired. However, I noticed this hotel has a very high volume rate because of its location, that being said it’s not a big compromise. I would stay here again, definitely
Up a bit of a hill in Shibuya so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, great cafe upstairs. Small room but great staff, the older gentleman (manager) went out of his way to order us a taxi and help us with our luggage in the pouring rain (5 hrs after we had checked out).
Very tidy hotel and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya central crowds but easy walking distance into the centre.

Good location, average hotel.
The staff (when they were available) were friendly but the overall hotel was basic/average. Tiny rooms and with two people, you could barely fit two suitcases out with and still have ample walking room (to bathroom and exit).
Probably ideal for solo traveler or short trip with minimal baggage.
Location is good though
Small but functionally furnished room. Very central location with a short walk to Shibuya Crossing and the fantastic people-watching in the area.
The mattress was 5 cm thick on a hard bench. Maybe Japanese people like it that way but for my back it was not optimal.
The hotel certainly provided a comfortable and secure environment. It appeared that maintaining cleanliness was a top priority for the establishment. Furthermore, the tranquil atmosphere likely contributed to a relaxing experience overall. The staff's helpfulness and kindness were undoubtedly appreciated. This created a positive and welcoming experience for everyone.

Park and store across the street was so nice to have . Dirty carpet and walls. But staff was excellent
We loved our stay at The OneFive Tokyo Shibuya! The rooms were small (as expected in Japan), but they did the job—comfy sleep and hot showers. Location was great—just an 8–10 min walk to Shibuya Crossing, with a Family Mart literally right across the street for all our late-night snack runs. The staff were super nice and respectful. Would definitely stay here again!
This was our first hotel on our trip to Japan and we had the best experience. The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The location is unbeatable with so many things around and so close to shibuya crossing! I will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting japan soon!
The staff was extremely nice and polite during the hole stay. The hotel is very well located near the Shibuya cross but far away from the noise and crowds.
Consider that you should walk uphill to get the hotel, nothing complicated but if you are carrying heavy suitcases it's better to get a taxi.
