Wonderful hotel experience! The staff was kind and helpful. Everything was so clean and nice! Lots of free goodies in the lobby in your room and in the lobby. Free sodas and drinks!

Hotel was not bad, but the area where it's located is a little rough, especially at night. Good value for young couples, but not family friendly as advertised. Big plus is they have a free bar in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

We have been to Tokyo, shinjuku specifically many times and this hotel has been the best one yet. This is a boutique hotel, with spacious rooms for tokyo standards. You dont even have to bring any toiletries as they provide everything…and more…down to the mouthwash! The lobby is very cute and quaint, and everything in there…you can take. They have a coffee machine, that makes espresso….soda machine….hard liquors, red and white wine, light snacks!! We will definitely be chosing this hotel moving forward. Oh the roof deck is pretty cute too.

Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Only 7 guest rooms in the building. Free specialty coffees, sodas and alcohol plus snacks in the lobby Numerous free bathroom supplies. Location is amazing. Near shopping, restaurants, clubs and subway. Did not have time to visit the spa however there were signs to the roof to look.

Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist ein angenehmer Ort um am Abend noch draussen zu Sitzen. Die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen mehr Staufläche für Kleider und Koffer gebrauchen.
