The staff was AMAZING, always pleasant and helpful. Do the breakfast option! The location was great right next to the train station with tons of food options nearby. Also make sure to take advantage of the free shuttle to Disney! Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice location convenient location

Conveniently located near lots of eateries and public transport. Staff were always poliet, friendly and happy to help with any questions. The courtesy bus to and from Disneyland was on time and convenient. Would definitely recommend 😊

Hotel was in a very convenient location right across from rail station with many shops and restaurants. Just know that the room is very small with little room for your luggage. I travel alone with my 9yo and it is tight for us to move around. The room also seems outdated. Bathroom and bathtub is also very small. I don’t like that the charging outlets is right above the bed’s headrest so when you sleep at night, there are wires and plugs right above your head which can be dangerous. Overall, it was a good stay if you are on a budget.

Location was very convenient to the metro & many food options near by. Family mart & 7-11 were within a block or two away. They also had a money exchange machine within the hotel which was an added bonus. The only downsize was the very flat pillow and they didn’t have any others to spare. Overall would stay again though for price, location & convenience.

Great stay!!

It was a great stay. Great location. Water pressure of the shower is excellent! One thing that I wish that there were more laundry machines in the building. Dryer is not really drying clothes. I used only washer and used the dryer at the coin laundry near by (2 minutes walk from the hotel).

First I will begin with the location on the property. It’s is surrounded by shops and lots of food options. The room is extremely small, but clean. They offer a shuttle to Disneyland. It is pretty far from Tokyo Tower. Finally, the staff was so welcoming and always wagered to assist. All and all, you can’t beat the price.

Good stay

The staff are nice and friendly. One of the staff can speak Cantonese to me. She can help me a lot. The rooms are big. I book the three beds type. I can move three beds together. Great! The WiFi is good. I can even download some files from my home server. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland is the most attractive point. I highly recommend those will go to Disneyland to stay in this hotel. However, it’s a bit far from every popular spot. It takes around 50 mins to each of them, such as shibuya sky or Shinjuku.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were the absolute loveliest and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very cute and had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! We went on the Disney shuttle bus as well. Thank you so much for the best stay and I cant wait until the next time we are in Japan so we can stay at this hotel again 🙂

この度はありがとうございました。 チェックイン時の受付の方のスマイルや気遣い素晴らしかったです。 おかげで良い旅行となりました。 また機会がありましたら よろしくお願いします。 目の前のアーケードは外食も弁当も豊富で お肉屋さんのお弁当がコスパ良くすごく美味しかったー！ 駐車場はホテルにあるとなってましたが 割高だったので 徒歩5分ほどの24時間1400円の所に停めました。 基礎化粧品だけ持っていけば あとは基本そろってます。 部屋着もありますが 夜食食べに行く部屋着があった方が良いかな！？
