If it's an emergency stay for one night, it might be ok. The staff is friendly and basic amenities are provided. Asakusabashi station is practically on the doorstep. The reasons why I will not book at Hotel Mercury again are: The entrance and reception only accessible via a spiral staircase to the basement which is a challenge with suitcases. The corridors are bare with lots of damage and the atmosphere is cold and uninviting. The rooms are poorly air-conditioned, the furnishings are outdated and worn and unfortunately my room smelled of the same. I couldn't enter the bathroom at first because the smell of toilet was very strong. The internet was unstable, the temperature of the shower was a game of skill and the rooms were very noisy. I would advise women in particular not to book.

El edificio del hotel es muy antiguo, carece de facilidades de acceso para personas en silla de ruedas ya que el lobby está en el sótano y no hay elevador. Tiene calefacción/aire acondicionado central, en Tokio hacía frío en la noche (cerca de 11C) y no tenían calefacción (el personal del hotel no tenía forma de cambiar su sistema de aire acondicionado a calefacción, lo que fue muy incomodo). El personal del hotel es muy accesible.

駅近、コンビニすぐあり

他の方の口コミにもあるようにチェックインロビーが地下一階で階段のみなのはスーツケースを持ってはなかなかつらいものがあります。 アクセスは浅草橋の出口Ａ４の出口からはすぐ見える近さで助かりました。 ホテルは古くて部屋は狭いです。やはりクチコミ通りエレベーター内の芳香剤のにおいが気になります。せめてアロマの香りなら・・・。 お風呂のお湯と水が蛇口をひねってからタイムラグがあり水圧は緩めですが、ここ最近の東京の宿泊料金を考えると有難いですね。

駅から近くコンビニや飲食店が揃っています。 他の方のクチコミにあったエレベーター内の香りについては、アロマオイルになれてる方なら気にならないのでは。 お部屋の清掃はやや残念な点が多かったですが、フロントの方たちの対応もよく気持ちよく利用できました。

寒い日でしたが、部屋の廊下の窓は全て空いており、結構寒かったです。また部屋に入るとと窓を開けているおかげで風の音がするのでちょっと耳障りでした。 朝チェックアウトする際に隣の部屋の方達がゴミを扉の前に出していて、長期滞在なのかもしれませんが、常態化してる感じはあまり清潔には感じられませんでした。 接客と値段には大満足でしたm

アクセス最高！

JRと地下鉄の両方からのアクセスが良く、移動しやすかったです。大通りに面していたにもかかわらず、室内はとても静かに過ごせました。両国国技館、浅草にも近く、また利用したいと思います！

Points favorables : - prés de la station asakusabashi et son train vers l'aéroport de Narita (narita express). - un des réceptionniste parle très bien le français. Points défavorables : - La réception est au sous-sol sans ascenseur accessible via un escalier en colimaçon. Par contre, lors du départ, le réceptionniste transporte vos bagages les plus lourd au niveau du trottoir. - Au 8 éme étage l'eau chaude est "explosive". Il y a de l'air dans la canalisation. un coup il y a de l'eau un coup il y a de l'air. - Dans les chambres de 1 ère catégorie la literie est étroite et pas très confortable.

窓の外が隣接している建物の壁ということもあり、カーテンを開けても暗い部屋だったので、ベッドとデスク上のライトだけでは暗かったです。非常灯以外にも天井に電気があると良いかなと思いました。 お風呂の天井に髪の毛がついていたのが少し気になりました。

フロントが地下にあり階段しかなくキャリアーでは非常に不便。又、入り口が回転扉であり、これもキャスターやスーツケースでは非常に不便。部屋のスリッパが使い捨てタイプではなく、裸足では使えない。結局はかずにすごした。しかし都心のこの場所で駅近でこの値段は非常にリースナブルです。
