The room was a little dated but clean and with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent every day and staff very friendly and helpful. Close to several metro lines and Tokyo station so easy access to pretty much anywhere in the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants of all kinds nearby.

The room was not big but adequate for this class of the hotel. Convenient location to shopping area, not far from the station. Umbrellas are always available in case of the rain. Good breakfast.

I cannot praise the staff enough. Endlessly helpful, especially the staff during breakfast. We have a 7 month old and eating can be hard at points, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, one of the staff even brought a toy for our son, the staff make the property.

Staff are polite and helpful whenever we need information. Rooms are cleaned everytime we need and fast too. I love the scale in the lobby for luggages, this really help as most airlines seems very strict on the rule for weighs of the luggages.
