First time in Japan and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Reasonable prices and quiet accommodations. The staff were very helpful and the rooms super clean. Bathroom very well proportioned which was a really important to me. Planning a trip next year, will be back again!

The rooms were quite spacious once again for a Tokyo hotel room. It had just enough space for us to be able to have two large check ins semi open on the floor. The hotel was clean, the toilet in our room flush mechanism was not traditional and so I found it odd to use and the flush itself was very slow. The breakfast food selection was ok, it wasn’t anything special but it allowed us to have a light meal before starting our days. Overall, I’d stay at this hotel again, it’s just a bit out of the way if you’re looking to go to the popular tourist places like Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Corner room on the 15th floor was awesome. Great view to wake up to every morning! Comfy corner couch and firm beds. Plus the location was a short walk to Tamachi station and MSB Tamachi with so many dining options.

The room was very clean, the beds are quite hard. Lots of amenities provided like Refa hair curler and sewing kit when needed. The daily housekeeping will not make beds unfortunately they will only provide new pjs and waters. Would stay again for close location to JR train.

Always a great place to stay for my husband and I in a quiet but accessible part of Tamachi. We've stayed there three times because of the ease of location, and really kind staff. We stayed in one of the newer renovated King Size Superior Room suites and the bathroom was lovely. Will return in the future!

Good sized room for Tokyo. Hotel in convenient location near to several metro stations with good airport connections and easy to get into the centre. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. Just beware this large hotel only has three parking spaces for guests so you really do need to make sure you have reserved and with that limited availability you may struggle to secure a space. Parking is available a short walk away, paid and quite exensive.
