The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not too big but it was clean and cozy, it had TV with netflix, and a 5 minute walk from a subway station.

Me and my small family of 3 had a good stay at this hotel. We have a 1 year old baby with us, and we need an accessible route to reach the hotel. It was quite a walk if you wanna use an elevator - if you have a baby stroller, like 20 minutes walk for us.

Very clean, if small, room. Provided phone sockets, extension leads, toiletries, PJs, hairdryer, brush and toothbrush and paste, kettle...everything you could need. Friendly and helpful staff. Individual cosmetic and drinks sachets, and plastic packaging on individual items mean it's not super eco-friendly but that was not the most important thing. 3 mins from metro station!

Comfortable, clean, and easy hotel to stay in! Staff were kind and helpful and the area is a quiet getaway from busy days in Tokyo. There are many cute shops and cafes nearby, as well as a very close train station to get to other areas. Highly recommend!

A hotel in central parts of Tokyo, but in a quiet alley. The lobby is in the -1 floor. Overall a good average hotel. The rooms were small, but newly renovated. They dont offer breakfast, but there are a few cafes you can go to very near, so not a problem.

A very good location, close to yhe sunways, restaurants.Small rooms bit very clan. The staff was very helpful and accomadating. It was a pleasure. I would stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. The room was very comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The hotel does not offer a restaurant, but there are plenty of eating options with walking distance. The reception is in the basement level and from there you take the lift to you room. I found the hotel very comfortable and good cake for money. The area is great and well connected to transport.

Clean, quiet, and convenient for a 4-night trip. Beds and floors were clean, washrooms stocked. Concierges were very helpful. Check in and check out was extremely smooth even for foreigners. Not much in the way of amenities but that doesn't really matter when you're so close to the metro and local amenities. Great location, right in a neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again or at other branches.

The staff was excellent! The front desk staff helped locate a restaurant that could accommodate allergies and was helpful with every request. I enjoyed having an air purifier in the room which was very clean and a larger size than other options I was considering. The location is just off a main street so was a bit quieter while being very close to Jimbocho subway station for ease of connecting to the rest of the city. We enjoyed walking to the gardens of the imperial palace and found the neighbourhood very safe. I highly recommend Villa Fontaine and would be happy to stay here on my next visit!

The staff were very friendly. We had left the luggage one day earlier at the hotel and the next day before check in they had already kept our luggage in the room which was very nice of them. They also gave us a weighing machine when requested. The hotel is accessible by public transport, it takes less than 3 minutes if you get out at the right exit. There are different types of public transport connections which is a huge advantage when you want to travel to different parts of Tokyo. There are a lot of restaurants near by. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. Overall it was a very nice experience staying at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the live concert at Tokyo dorm. You can take a subway there yet it's about 15 minutes by foot. There are enough convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is small but pretty clean and updated. The downside was that there’s a hair left on the pillow and that there’s no instructions for the in-room safety. They don’t have a smoking area so if you smoke this hotel is not for you.

Great stay, quiet and clean hotel located near lot

Stayed here with my friend for a quick trip in Tokyo. The hotel was conveniently located with the train station nearby, as well as restaurants and convenience stores. It was a safe area and quieter than the commonly tourist areas, but close enough you could easily go to any nearby city. The room itself was small for two people but that’s usual for Asia. With our bags it was a tight squeeze but we made it work. The bathroom was decent space, and the bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated the fluffy comforter rather than a blanket that most places opt for. We wish the tv had a service on it so we could watch shows or movies. Also loved the mini fridge and the ac unit. It was eco friendly where you had to have your key card in the slot to turn on the lights and ac, and when we came in from a day out the room would still be cold despite the air being off. They also had a tea kettle which was great for making late night snacks, a microwave downstairs, and phone chargers in case you needed them. The staff were friendly everytime we saw them and I loved the option to take your own toiletries and pajamas to reduce waste rather than them be supplied in the room each day. They cleaned the room everyday which was nice since it got messy quickly. Overall great stay besides our lack of view from the room.
