Location is very good, room was small even after we paid for an up grade, the cheapest room is APA size. It was ok for two. Only two washer machines so you need to have a lot of luck with doing laundry . Complementary items such tooth brush etc are very limited compared with the other 4 hotels we stayed at, but the most disappointing thing was that you need to pay extra if you want bath salts. First time in my many hotels stays and you really need it after all the walking.

Our stay was great. I specifically really liked the bathroom layout as it felt like an efficient use of a small space. I wish the nightstand/counter space by the bed was a little bigger as we could not fit much on there. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was amazing. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here, super clean and great location. Loved the coffee/tea bar by the reception and also loved that the toilet and shower were separate and had a sliding door to split the rooms and washroom.Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice we had 3 beds in the room for 3 of us. The location is great as well. Staff were helpful when needed. We asked for an extra pillow each and a bag scale to weigh our luggage all were no problem to get.

Wonderful hotel in good location. Its proximity to the Higashi-ginza station helps to get to so many other places conveniently. Superb & helpful staffs at this hotel. Will definitely come back

Check in process was easy and the staff spoke english as well. A good walking distance to the shopping strips. They do offer luggage delivery to hotels. There were new towels everyday which was amazing! And the best part was that the tsukiji fish market was just down the street from the hotel!
