Loved our stay! Location is great. Far enough from Shinjuku station that it was quiet at night but close enough to walk. The buffet on the 45th floor was amazing. Our room was big and very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at Keio. It’s close to the bus and train station. The staff are so helpful as well. Paul helped me with purchasing my bus tickets to Mt. Fuji, and how to get to the station. Another young lady front the front desk helped me with my bullet train ticket. I entered the wrong email address and she helped me with retrieving my ticket. She called the company to get the matter resolved. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning each day. I will definitely but staying here again whenever I visit Japan again.
