This place is in a great centralised location and provided all we needed, which was to simply lodge and freshen up. The staff was great. While the rooms are a bit small, which of course is the case everywhere, it provided all we needed.

Was able to book hotel right away at a great price after my other hotel cancelled on me. Double bed room size was pretty reasonable for me and my partner considering we’ve stayed in smaller rooms. Great walking distance to everything, including to Shinjuku station. I accidentally left my souvenir bag in the room when I was in a rush and the hotel found it and was able to get it delivered back to me in Canada. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room we stayed in was clean and amenities were adequate. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The luggage storage and 24 hour reception was so helpful. This accommodation was very central, was easy to find, easy to get to and from with trains. It’s within walking distance to Shinjuku station and other train stations, which made it very easy to travel to many different locations within and around Tokyo. Can be a bit loud at night due to its centrality as expected, but sleeping with ear plugs does help. Many convenience stores around as well. Highly recommend!

Located in a safe area. We felt safe walking around the area. The hotel is clean. We get fresh towels and water to drink daily. Very close to 7-Eleven. I would stay again. I also recommend this place to my family.

Very convenient location in Shinjuku! Staff were very helpful and room was well-kept and clean. Their laundry system was great and even had a timer on their TVs that’ll display how much time is remaining on your load.

This is a budget hotel 100%, location is perfect if you want to be centered around Shinjuku. No frills and easily the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, but for what it is it’s fine.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The room was perfect for our stay. As for the surrounding area, its JUST on the edge of the bustling kabuchi-cho area which has everything from food to entertainment. Its also a 10 min walk from shin okubo station. Would stay here again 10/10

Overall a pleasant stay. Very accurate to our expectations. The room was compact and was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent for Shinjuku with good connections across Tokyo. We didn’t have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Excellent stay, convenient location to Shinjuku station. The breakfast was scrumptious with lots of variety to please everyone. I would have rated it 5 stars if they had extra vertical shelving or hooks to put and hang things as I knew the room was small when booking but given the limited space that would have helped immensely when two of us has to live out of a suitcase in a tight space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
