This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still close to the train station so that getting around is easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and stove top. Also the washer/dryer in unit is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was very convenient, close to various train stations. The room is larger than a regular hotel room and included additional amenities like an ensuite washer/dryer which is convenient for longer stays. Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. It came with a washing machine/dryer which was very convenient. The staff were bilingual and most helpful. The only area for improvement is the aircon unit which was inconsistent and pumped out warm sir which dried our eyes.

The desk staff were really friendly the check-in really quick, free coffee in the lobby abd beautiful/clean room with everything you need. The only negative is that if you are 4 people, it is a struggle to fit your luggage in the space but we found this to be the norm in Japan. I would recommend and i would stay again mysefl!
