Loved this hotel! Highly recommend for travellers looking for easy access to the city with a very comfortable stay. We loved the river view behind the hotel. We took our ice cream down there every night. Very clean, and very kind staff.

Loved this hotel. The location is 2 min walk to train station. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was beautiful. I definitely took advantage if the Epsom salts they had in the room. It was a great way to end the achy feet after a long day. I would stay here again. 10/10.

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location directly across from the Sumida River, just steps from the JR Line, multiple restaurants and major museums. The corner room was very spacious and comfortable, had a great shower, was very quiet and had an awesome view of the Sumo Arena and the Skytree. Housekeeping was great and reception was very helpful, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful hotel - exceptional housekeeping, large rooms, comfortable beds, good air con and great location. It’s our second time staying here it is that good. The only thing letting it down on this trip was that we stayed in a riverside room which meant 24/7 noise from the road below even though we were on floor 8 - which if you are sensitive to noise sounds and feels like a mix of rumbling thunder or someone moving furniture above you. It’s ok if you are asleep or have the tv on but if you happen to be awake in the night it is very distracting. If we do choose to stay here again I could not stay riverside
