駅からやや距離があり辺鄙な場所にある。前面道路は交通量もそれなりにあり、宿泊当日は近隣の工事の振動が酷く、乗り物酔いのようになった。通行人がいるので窓は開けられなかった。 反面、住宅街なので夜はかなり静か。 50mほどの場所にセブンイレブンがあり便利。 室内は綺麗だし、コンパクトで使いやすい。洗濯機もついているのである程度の人数で数日過ごすにはかなりの良コスパ。カトラリーなど最低限のものはあるが、コンロは一つしかないので料理するには微妙かも。 スマートチェックイン／アウトも、いちいち余計な話をしなくて済むので快適だった。

駒沢公園で2日間子供の試合の為、家族で1泊しました。部屋でウエアー等の洗濯ができ、浴室乾燥で朝にはカラッと乾いていました。綺麗で何でも揃っていてとても快適でした。車での滞在で駐車場は無いのですぐ近くのコインパーキングにとめました。道が狭いのでお気を付け下さい。

受験のため、近くのこちらのホテルを利用しました。駅からわりと 近くて便利です。住宅地にあり静かでした。部屋はとてもキレイですし、お風呂も広くて、湯船でゆっくりできました。洗濯機、浴室乾燥、アイロンもありましたので、長期滞在にもオススメです。

無人チェックインシステムだが、全く問題無かった。施設は新しく清潔で、キッチン関係も一通り揃っており、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、1階は人通りのある道に面しており、窓を開けづらかった点は残念。欲を言えば、キッチンがもう少し広かったり、加湿器の性能の良いものがあると、なお良かった。

とても清潔でした。設備、アメニティ、共に充実しています。 ネットで表示のあった乾燥機は、どのようなものか事前にはわからなかったのですが、浴室乾燥がついていて、助かりました。 スタッフの方にも何回か会いましたが、とても感じが良かったです。3歳の子どもが一緒でも安心して過ごせました。 滞在中オートロックのコードエラーが出てしまうハプニングはありましたが、ご担当の方が迅速に対応してくださったのですぐに解決しました。 総合的にとても過ごしやすくファミリーで過ごすのに良いホテルでした。

施設は新しい雰囲気です。チェックインチェックアウトも簡単。窓からの眺めは、住宅街と電線でなかなかノスタルジックです。 以下は気になったことです。 ✔︎備え付けの電気ケトル内の水分が残っていて、こもっていたこと。細菌、カビを心配して何度かお湯を沸かして捨てました。 ✔︎備え付けの調理器具は高い棚の上にあります。椅子に乗って取らなければ取れません。留意しておいてください。 ✔︎床が清潔ではない。床は掃除しやすい床ですが、臭いがあります。また、ベッドの下に綿埃や髪の毛がからまっており、「見える範囲のお掃除」感はあります。たまに床の洗浄も行って欲しいです。 ✔︎ウェルカムお菓子があり、嬉しい。クリスマスシーズンだったのでホッコリしました。ありがとうございます。 ✔︎お風呂もお手洗いも狭くなくて快適 ✔︎全体的には過ごしやすかったです。
