Room size is bigger than i expected. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Thumbs up for the free breakfast and laundry machine, especially the dryer, this one actually dry your clothes ! If you have ever used dryer in Japan's hotel, you know what i mean.

The breakfast is worth the price of admission. Hotel is clean and exactly what is advertised. Water pressure is high. Its a little farther from Shinjuku station than some other options but you also pay less so it is a trade off. Our matress was very firm, there are some rooms with softer matress topers but we payed for a basic room. All and all would recommend

Great location, hotel itself was ok, bed was kind of hard however I was only staying two nights to finish off some shopping in Tokyo and hotel was in very good location.

This is an older property, a tad outdated but if I knew that coming in. I enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the complimentary breakfast! The hotel is in a super walkable area with lots of dining options and easy to get to the train station. The staff was very kind, responsive and helpful. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed- it was rock hard- but I’m not sure if that’s a standard in Japan.

Simple accommodations but very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to several major train lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who prepared great meals to fuel you for long days and nights of exploring Tokyo. Incredible stay and I am so pleased I chose Toyoko Inn Shinjuku.

Had the opportunity to stay here for a week my first time in Tokyo. The staff are wonderful, and having a breakfast and cup of coffee ready in the morning was great. Nothing fancy but a great jumping off point for your adventures.

Lovely staff that spoke great English! Very simple check in and check out process. Everyone at the desk was very friendly. The room itself is small and the bed is a little hard but the place and area is very clean and convenient. They have free breakfast and let you leave your suitcase there for the day if needed. No suitcase overnight. We would definitely stay again!
